Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail team in Malta. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, recommend suitable products, achieve sales targets, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience while maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional product recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service.
- Maintain product displays, pricing, and merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-presented.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good English communication skills (pre-departure English course certificate is an advantage).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good organizational and stock management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to meet sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
